Signal Credits are how Klarivox meters ingestion and analysis across every data source — call transcripts today, with email, support tickets, product analytics, and reviews coming next. One hour of call transcripts is 10 credits, and every future source converts to the same credit at a published, fixed rate.
You top up with a Signal Credit pack whenever you need to — there's no service interruption and no overage penalty. Larger packs carry a bigger discount per credit, so accounts with steady or growing volume naturally pay less per credit over time.
Klarivox is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Yes — one of those two CRMs is required today to weight signals by pipeline value. Support for additional CRMs is on the roadmap.
